When I started with laser cutting a few years ago. I never knew where it would lead me. Ok it wasn't as easy as I first thought, There was so much to learn. so after many hours of watching YouTube videos and reading posts on Facebook, I got to the point where I thought I could help others.

so I became a member of one of the biggest groups on Facebook, Cool Laser Cut Vector Files then became a moderator where I keep an eye on the group and assist others when and where I can, I am the owner of laserlife and I have my own moderator John Lee who really knows his stuff and makes some awesome pieces. we review Laser engravers direct from the people who make them.

So on that note, I would like to add.

Setup and Assembly (5/5):

Setting up the Ortur Laser Master 3 20W was a breeze. The included assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, Which made a change, and within less than an hour, I had the machine up and running. Connecting it to my computer was Simple,

 And thanks to its compatibility with both Windows and Mac operating systems You can use what you want.

Connect to PC via usb cable or wifi

Taking everything out of the box and laying it out is always easier to build.

 Talking of which just what do you get in the box?

. The frame and 20w diode laser module.

. Air assist unit and enough piping to reach any distance.

.wifi antenna

. Safety Glasses. which are a must-wear item. you have to protect your eyes, even though the laser module has its own shield it's better to be safe than sorry.

.Little toolbox containing all the screws and tools you need.

. 2 sets of keys

.Some materials to get you started.

.And a very decent manual

Design and Build (5/5):

The Ortur Laser Master 3 boasts a sleek, compact design that doesn't compromise on durability. Its aluminum body is sturdy, Very sturdy.

On the top left you have a switch so you can easily switch between a laser bed or rotary device.

Bottom right you have the emergency stop button, the keys to lock people out of your Ortur machine, lastly you have an on/ button. The whole design looks and feels very professional.

Performance (5/5):

This 20W laser is incredibly powerful and versatile. Whether you're engraving on wood, acrylic, leather etc., or even cutting through paper or wood, it handles each task with Perfect accuracy. The adjustable laser focus is a nice feature that helps achieve the finer details. The engraving quality is outstanding, Clean lines and with the air assist, they are clean.

Ortur Laser Master 3 20W can handle most designs and complex patterns with ease. I was so impressed with how intricate the details were I made a few test files as I couldn't believe it. Just look at some of the test files.

Software and Compatibility (5/5):

The included LaserGRBL software is user-friendly and offers extensive customization options. Additionally, the machine is compatible with LightBurn, Again you have a choice.

Value for Money (5/5):

Given its impressive capabilities and precision, the Ortur Laser Master 3 20W offers outstanding value for money,

This is right up there with the big boys without the huge price tag. and I for one will be using this as often as I can. It is flawless And worth every penny.

Ideal if you are just starting, or you are a professional, You will not be disappointed.

Conclusion:

The Ortur Laser Master 3 20W is a remarkable laser engraving and cutting machine that does produce some really clean work, from a simple text message on a coaster to a 400mm x 350mm bamboo chopping board.

Wrong. This laser has thoroughly impressed me with its capabilities. It is just simply put FREAKING awesome.

Would I recommend the OLM3?

Yes without batting an eyelid, I do not want to diss other companies but ORTUR has produced a fantastic machine. Which will not only compete with them, but could outshine them.
